 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Telah dilakukan penelitian uji aktivitas anti bakteri perasan buah pare (Momordica charantia L) Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar. Uji aktivitas perasan buah pare dengan konsentrasi 100%, 80 % , dan 60 % menghasilkan diameter hambat yaitu bakteri Shigella dysenteriae ATCC 13313 diameter hambat rata-rata yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 8,25 mm, 8,51 mm dan 8,60 mm. Pada bakteri Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 diameter hambat rata-rata yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 8,68 mm, 8,79 mm dan 8,87 mm. Pada bakteri Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 diameter hambat rata-rata yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 8,59 mm, 8,58 mm, dan 8,42 mm.&#13;
